The 1st time JINH YU FREY fought MINNA GRUSANDER she took an easy unanimous decision. This time; not so much. It was way closer, this time she picked up a split decision win. With the win; the title stays firmly around Frey’s waist and looking for new challengers. Both women stayed in the pocket a lot; throwing the leather. Minna’s right hand dropped Jinh late in the round while stalking her earlier. Minna then picked up the pace; going after Frey’s legs. Frey in turn countered well. That all seemed to wake up the champion who started taking over all over the cage. Jinh’s strikes started to pay off, opening Minna up. Each took the advantage for a while the rest of the way. DANIELLE TAYLOR took a unanimous decision over MONTSERRAT RUIZ. The 19 year old KAY HANSEN took the fight against SHARON JACOBSON in under 10 days notice. She was getting schooled as well for more than 2 rounds. With just 17 seconds left Sharon attempted another takedown but Kay landed in the perfect position to cinch in an armbar; getting the submission win. ALESHA ZAPPITELLABRIANNA VAN BURENBRITTNEY VICTORIA all picked up unanimous decision wins. They were over AMBER BROWNJAMIE MOYLE; who missed weight by a staggering 9 pounds, and SARAH KLECZKA  respectively. ANASTASIA NIKOLAKALOS stopped ASHLEY MEDINA via TKO 3:26 of round two. CHANTEL COATES needed only 28 seconds to KO ASHLYNN KLEINBECK from punches.
