It’s TIME!!!! It’s time for football. I won this PlayStation three years ago and its magic. It can predict the NFL games, no really! I simulate the games on Madden 2019 and I also pick the games so follow along this year and see if I can out-pick the PS4 and the experts.

Buffalo 14 – 21 Baltimore
Jacksonville 21 – 27 New York Giants

San Francisco 21 – 17 Minnesota
Tennessee 35 – 24 Miami

First, I believe Atlanta beats Philadelphia on Thursday night. Philadelphia doesn’t have Carson Wentz back and Nick Foles looks like the Nick Foles of old, maybe Foles had a spell cast on him and it has worn off. He hasn’t looked impressive in Preseason.

Next, I don’t have the Giants beating the Jags. I don’t think Saquon Barkley is that good. And don’t forget about the Jags’ defense.

The PlayStation predicts Pittsburgh to lose to Cleveland, even if Le’Veon Bell doesn’t show up for work, Pittsburgh has too many weapons Antonio Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster, James Washington and back-up running back James Conner (who I picked up in my fantasy football league, he did look pretty good in preseason) to lose to a team that has won one game in two years.

I also predict Kansas City to get past the Chargers and Detroit to beat the Jets, but other than that, the PlayStation may be on to something.

Some stats the PS4 predicts are Saquon Barkley rushes 10 times for 22 yards and one TD. He also picks up two receptions for 21 yards. In real life I have him rushing for 100 yards and 1 TD and having 7 receptions for 58 yards.

Since I am a Dallas Cowboy’s fan, I will also keep track of the PlayStation’s predictions for them as well. The PS4 says Dak Prescott throws 24/38 for 284 yards one TD, three interceptions and is sacked once. Zeke has 22 attempts for 101 yards and two receptions for 10 yards. It also says Allen Hurns leads all receivers with six receptions for 66 yards. Cole Beasley scores 1 TD, and Michael Gallup has two receptions for 23 yards.

And since the Cowboys play the Carolina Panthers, the PlayStation says Cam Newton is 14/28 with 165 yards, one TD, and is sacked five times. Christian McCaffrey rushes 11 times for 28 yards and Greg Olsen leads all receivers (even though he is a TE), with six receptions for 71 yards and Jeremy Maclin scores one TD.

In real life I have McCaffrey getting more carries for 150 total yards and 2 TDs.

I do love my Cowboys, but I am worried that they are already having offensive line problems with Travis Frederick being diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder in which the body’s immune system attacks part of its peripheral nervous system – the network of nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord. Frederick has had two treatments for the condition and is out indefinitely until he gets better. I certainly hope he can manage the illness and get better, but until then it certainly effects the offensive line. Frederick is an All-Pro center and will be missed. In addition to Frederick, Zack Martin gave the Cowboys a scare with a hyper extension to his left knee and bone bruise against the Bengals in the preseason but is expected to start on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Everyone knows that if Dallas can establish the running game, and get Ezekiel Elliott going, it takes pressure off Prescott, the Cowboys can control the clock and the football game.

Follow me this season and see if I can predict more games than my PS4 and the so-called experts.
